Your safety is our priority. If you encounter hazardous waste, needles, or suspicious chemicals on the trails, do not touch or attempt to move them. These materials require specialized handling and equipment.
Once you submit a report, Ella's Environmental team will review the location and severity of the mess. We coordinate with local authorities for hazardous removal and mobilize our volunteer crews for general cleanup. You will receive an email update once the site has been inspected and scheduled for restoration.
